So Lillian, I was thinking a lot about what you said, about finding someone to talk to who isn't personally involved in everything. I think it does make a lot of sense. I still don't quite ... I still feel such a mess but I need to pull myself together. People are counting on me, after all. They're always counting on me ...
Anyway, I actually found out that a journeyman who I've heard speak before is back in town, his name is Father Leo, if either of you have heard about him. He probably wouldn't remember me but I remember thinking he was a really good speaker. Maybe he's a good listener too.

Maybe I could tell him the things I can't tell you. About how sometimes the reason I don't want to get out of bed is because Violet looks so much like Destin. Tristan too. And sometimes a little part of me can't stand the sight of them, of him ...
